On game days, Watson enhanced the experience at Children’s Mercy Park with interactive fan zones, live music, and digital activations that allowed fans to vote on stadium music and engage with live stats.
Sporting KC saw remarkable results, with attendance increasing by 19% and digital interactions climbing by 26%. Merchandise sales grew by 21%, driven by the loyalty platform and exclusive content. Watson’s holistic approach helped solidify Sporting KC’s reputation as a leader in MLS fan engagement.
