Founded in 1985, Resolutions Northwest (RNW) is a Portland-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing racial and social justice through mediation, restorative justice, and equity consultation. Watson Creative collaborated with RNW to refine their brand, positioning, and growth strategy, ensuring their mission to build belonging and share opportunities to thrive is amplified.
RNW’s equity-centered services, including community and workplace mediation, were reimagined through strategic messaging and visual identity updates. These changes enhanced their ability to reach systemically excluded groups, reflected in their $73k annual scholarships and training programs that impacted over 850 participants in 2021.
Our partnership positioned RNW as a transformative force for honest dialogue and systems change, enabling them to strengthen relationships and shift practices. Together, we helped RNW extend their impact, fostering inclusive communities where opportunities are shared equitably, and justice is accessible to all.
