PORTLAND (OR) – April 5, 2014 – Local designers Matt Watson of Watson Creative and Dave Sjolin of Desja Logic were profiled today in Keizer community newspaper Keizertimes.
The article, written by Keizertimes staff writer Eric A. Howald, detailed the collaboration between design-led business consultancy firm Watson Creative and software engineering firm Desja Logic, who are developing a fan loyalty platform for the San Francisco 49ers. The article details the work being done in partnership by both firms, and the road that led them to working with the 49ers.
“Both Dave and I are honored to be recognized in the Keizertimes,” said Watson, co-founder and creative director of Watson Creative. “The newspaper is a local institution. Needless to say, it makes both our parents proud.”
“The last time I was in the Keizertimes was in 1994,” said Watson. “That was the year I graduated high school. I wore an awkwardly tight wrestling singlet. I still remember the headline: ‘Undefeated Watson.’”
