Marketing Coordinator (Digital & Traditional)

YOUR MISSION

Under the guidance of the Project Management Team, you will help bring to life client Marketing Campaigns across Social, Digital, Events and PR. Additionally, you will support Project Managers on various tasks and projects. From helping plan video shoots to researching trends. You will work closely with designers to identify project issues and scheduling conflicts, then communicate these changes to the studio management. You will also communicate with our clients to manage their expectations and inform them of any potential issues before they arise.

YOUR ROLE

• Managing Hootsuite for clients.

• Building Success Reports and Monthly Roll-ups.

• Managing Email Campaigns

• Managing PR Campaigns

• Doing Basic Editing in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• Making basic content updates in CMS (WordPress typically)

Marketing & Event Planning:

• Purchasing & tracking web templates, music, etc. for projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree or university degree;
  • Highly organized and self-driven;
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, Social and PR;
