Brand Labs’ Brand Coaching Seminar series offers a variety of Brand Strategy and Development Courses for business coaches, small business groups, venture capitalist organizations and regional, state run business organizations. These seminars are designed for small businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, and individuals who are part of larger organizations and are looking for guidance on developing their company brand. There are three different seminar options. Please review each option to decide which best applies to your organization.

Group Brand Coaching Series

The Group Brand Coaching Series is a 4 month cyclical seminar series that covers each of the 4 modules from the Brand Strategy Lab. This series is designed for business incubator groups, small business groups and associations, and business accelerator groups. Sessions are limited to 20 seats with a minimum of 15 seats required for each session.

Organizations purchase a Brand Strategy Kit for their clients to have access to as they work through the process. Individual business that are part of the organization, like a business incubator, have access to the tools and intellectual property of the Brand Strategy Kit that is integral with the information covered in live training sessions. The following modules are covered on a rotating 4 month cycle:

Month 1: Brand Audit

Month 2: Consumer 360

In the first month of this course, businesses are taken through a thorough brand analysis, what we call a Brand Audit. Think of this as the brand’s check-up. The process will identify the current strengths of the brand as well as those areas that need some attention, all with the end goal of creating the most effective brand possible to grow the bottom line of the business.

In month 2 of the seminar cycle, the businesses will explore Consumer 360. The basics of consumer research and defining the consumer journey are covered in this module. The process will help unravel the potential needs, wants, stories, and unknown opportunities that will drive a brand, not only as a marketing tool, but also as a business proposition.

Month 3: Brand DNA

Month 4: Activation Map

In month 3 businesses will create their Brand DNA. After establishing an understanding of the industry landscape (Brand Audit) and defining their consumer (Consumer 360), businesses will define, or redefine, who they are. This is arguably the most enjoyable and rewarding module. It has several good team building exercises, which we encourage businesses to involve executive teams as well as people on the front lines.

In month 4 an Activation Map will be outlined. In this module, businesses define their marketing plan with content mapping, how they will share their new vision with their target consumers and the world at large. With careful planning, targeting and measuring we can ensure marketing dollars are highly leveraged for the highest possible return on investment.

Group Brand Coaching Pricing

Brand Labs Strategy Kit – $3,000 – Includes all intellectual property from the Brand Strategy Kit necessary for completing the entire coaching series. The kit is to be purchased by the incubator or business association and is a one time cost. Contents of the kit are designed to be used over and over again for all the companies in the group.

Monthly Seminar Fee – $500 per company – Includes four monthly live training sessions with Brand Labs’ consultants, full access to online portal and all intellectual property associated with Brand Labs’ Brand Strategy Kit (training videos, training manuals, module exercises, etc.).

Business Coach Brand Training Series

The Business Coach Brand Training Series is designed for business coaching and Venture Capital Organizations looking for brand development training for their clients. The series is made up of 4 modules that are covered in a rotating bi-monthly schedule. Sessions are made up of 10 to 15 individual companies from either a single organization or a collective of organizations.

Since the modules are held on a rotating schedule, participants can attend training sessions based their particular schedule. The series is designed for each company to go through the modules over a 4 month period, but they may work at on a slower schedule, with 10 and 16 month schedule options. It is not recommended to go longer than 16 months on this program.

The Business Coaching Brand Training Series covers all 4 modules in Brand Labs’ Brand Strategy Kit. Module descriptions and schedules are as follows:

Module 1: Brand Audit

The fourth module in this series is Activation Map. In this module, your clients will define their marketing plan with content mapping, how they will share their new vision with their target consumers and the world at large. With careful planning, targeting and measuring we can help ensure that their marketing dollars are highly leveraged for the highest possible return on investment.

This module is offered in the shared months of Consumer 360: February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Business Coach Brand Training Pricing

Regional Business Branding Education Courses

The regional business branding courses are designed for individuals and small businesses located in more remote areas of the country and have fewer access to hands on brand training resources. We work along side local state and county offices and business associations to organize live training sessions open to small businesses, start ups, and individuals.

Once every 6 weeks our coaches will travel to your area for a live training session where the information for each training module is covered. Businesses are then put to task to complete the necessary work in time for the next session. Like all of our other training series, you will have access to our consultants and digital platforms for guidance.

The Regional Business Branding Education Courses cover all 4 modules in Brand Labs’ Brand Strategy Kit and are scheduled over a 5 month period, starting on a TBD basis. Module descriptions are as follows:
